Been working for a while now on AI-driven SDLC automation at Intelligenic, a startup focused on using a variety of AI models to streamline, automate, and oversee the product development lifecycle.
What’s been most interesting is to realize how quickly a new concept can be brought into the solution and turned around as an output. That is, the solution can be set up to generate traditional product management documents like MRDs and PRDs, plus Jira-friendly issues and epics; but if someone wants something different like a feature set roadmap, creating one on the fly using a corporate example is really easy.
Its this quick adaptation that will change technology – instead of taking weeks to design and code a new feature, the models can be trained on examples and generate production outputs within minutes or hours. It will be transformative.
